Personal:
Charley Bolen was born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Maryland. He graduated from St. Mary's College of Maryland with High Honors and degrees in history and political science. While at St. Mary's, he played on the college baseball team, earning most valuable player honors in 1989. After graduation, he lived in Uganda, and worked as a journalist throughout East Africa. Charley attended law school at Gonzaga University, graduating in 1996, cum laude. While at Gonzaga, he was a member of the Law Review and served as Student Bar Vice President. Charley joined Hornecker Cowling in 1997 and became a partner in 2002.
